This document provides an overview of our four main types of social media campaigns:

Each campaign is designed to meet specific marketing goals and offers unique benefits. Below are the details and recommended minimum spending for each campaign type.

Brand Awareness Campaign

Focus on increasing the visibility and recognition of your brand among a larger audience

  • Goal: Increase the visibility and recognition of your brand among a broader audience.

  • Approach: Use engaging visual content that reflects the brand's values and benefits. For example, short video clips or images showcasing product/service uses.

  • Metrics to Track: Reach, impressions, and engagement rates.

  • Description: Focus on increasing the visibility and recognition of your brand among a larger audience.

  • Benefits: Extends brand’s reach and increases consumer familiarity with your products or services. Creating a strong brand foundation and broadening your target audience base.

    • Metrics to Track: Reach, impressions, and engagement rates.

    • Recommended Minimum Spend: $300-$500 per month.

  • Example: An image/video ad that highlights the main service benefits, inviting the user to learn more about your brand, the campaign will be optimized for views and shares.

Lead Generation Campaign (Lead Form)

Target potential customers by collecting their contact information through integrated lead forms in ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Goal: Convert targeted users into potential leads by collecting their contact information.

  • Approach: Targeted ads featuring a lead form embedded directly within the ad content on Meta. An example would be ads offering a free oil change in exchange for an email/phone number submission.

  • Benefits: Directly engages interested users, collects users' data and drives conversions by gathering leads for follow-up.

    • Metrics to Track: Monitor the number of leads, conversion rate, and cost per lead.

    • Recommended Minimum Spend: $800-$1,000 per month.

  • Example: An ad offering a free consultation for your services, where users can instantly sign up directly through the Meta lead form without leaving the platform. Dieselmatic will set up a lead form that allows you to collect full names, phone numbers and email addresses so that you can follow up with them later on.

Retargeting Campaigns

Re-engage users who have previously interacted with your brand but have not converted yet.

  • Goal: Re-engage previous users who have shown interest in your service but haven't converted yet.

  • Approach: Use dynamic ads that display items users have previously viewed on your Facebook/Instagram page or on your website.

  • Benefits: Increases conversion rates by targeting users based on their past interactions with higher intent to purchase. Highly effective for reaching users who are already familiar with your brand and the higher likelihood of closing new sales.

    • Metrics to Track: Conversion rate and ROI.

    • Recommended Minimum Spend: $500 per month but only after an initial 3 months of data collection. That means you will be able to do this after you have run the brand awareness campaign or the lead generation campaign for at least 3 months to collect some data. After that, you will be able to re-engage the previous users who interacted with your page/website in the past 3 months.

  • Example: Displaying ads for the service that a user expressed interest in but didn’t make a buying decision yet or didn’t contact you for a consultation yet, reminding the users of their initial interest.

Lookalike Audiences Campaigns

Reach new potential customers who share similar characteristics with your best existing customers.

  • Goal: Expand reach by targeting new users similar to your best existing customers.

  • Approach: Create campaigns that use data from our top customers to find new users with similar profiles.

  • Benefits: Expands your reach to a new, highly targeted audience likely to be interested in your products. This strategic approach expands market reach by targeting new users similar to your proven best customers.

    • Metrics to Track: Track new user engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

    • Recommended Minimum Spend: $500-$800 per month but only after an initial 3 months of data collection. That means you will be able to do this after you have run the brand awareness campaign or the lead generation campaign for at least 3 months to collect some data. After that, you will be able to re-engage the previous users who interacted with your page/website in the past 3 months. You can combine the retargeting audience plus the lookalike audience which means you will have more data but it will be more expensive.

  • Example: After identifying a segment of the best target users, Dieselmatic can target new users who share similar online behaviors and interests, such as users interested in truck repair services or similar.

Each campaign type has a setup phase, followed by a data gathering phase to collect initial performance metrics. Early results typically start to appear within 2-4 weeks, allowing for initial adjustments. Continuous optimization and ongoing monitoring are crucial to maximize the effectiveness of each campaign over time.
