Verifying Your Google Ads Account

For your Onboarding call, please have the following on hand:


1. Business Identification

One of the following:

  • Your organization's registration document

  • IRS confirmation of your Employer Identification Number (EIN), such as CP 575

  • IRS Form 8871, 8872, or 990

  • State-issued certificate of business registration or incorporation

  • Most recent SEC filing (e.g., Form 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K)

  • Business credit report from Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion

  • Dated verification request letter from a government or public agency on official letterhead

2. Personal Identification

Please have one of the following available:

  • Clear photos of the front and back of your Driver's License, showing all four corners

  • Passport

  • State ID

  • Green Card

Since April 2020, Google has required all businesses to complete verification before running ads. This process ensures:

  • Your ads are launched without disruption

  • Your business meets Google’s compliance standards

  • We can manage and optimize your campaigns smoothly
