How to navigate to the ROI Calculator

From the main menu, choose ROI Calculator. It has two parts:

  1. Summary

  2. Attributed Invoices

The screen will look as follows, we have marked sections to clarify what they are:

ROI Sections

  1. ROI: The first block shows that multiplier. For example, if the number is more than 7, it's an extremely effective marketing strategy, and we strive for more than that. In the image above, it shows 12.4x. This means the shop generated 12.4 times more revenue compared to its marketing spend.

  2. Gross Revenue: As the name suggests, this is the total revenue generated by the shop based on an adjustable date range. In this case, it's monthly.

  3. Marketing Spend: This is the total money you spent on marketing efforts (including the Dieselmatic Fee, ad campaigns, Google ads, Google Business Profile ads, social media ads, etc.)

  4. Revenue from Marketing: The total revenue generated from the marketing efforts.

  5. Graph: The graph shows the ROI across a monthly timeline.

  6. Date Range: You can select 3 types of date ranges: - Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly. Based on the range you select, you can then choose the time period.

Our tool calculates the Return on Investment at the end of each calendar month, once the month has closed, you'll be able to see the breakdown above.

This video explains the above in more detail.
